Replacement Jvc GR-D23 Battery Tips

a. Do not modify or disassemble jvc gr-d23 battery.

Jvc GR-D23 Battery Instructions

1. Jvc GR-D23 battery usually maintains a discharged condition with very low capacity. It is highly recommended to fully charge new battery packs before using. You can refer to the users' guide of your electronic device for charging instructions.

2. GR-D23 battery pack needs to be circled (fully discharged and recharged) three to five times to reach its optimum performance.

3. Rechargeable GR-D23 battery will undergo self-discharging when left unused for a long period of time. Thus, it should always be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.

4. To maintain the optimum performance of a Jvc battery pack gr-d23, it is highly recommended to circle (fully discharging and recharging) it at least once a month.

5. Jvc battery pack gr-d23 is hard to be charged when it is new. Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure. Sometimes, new GR-D23 battery will suddenly refuse to be charged. If this happens, a suggested solution is trying to remove the battery from the device and insert it again.

6. Jvc GR-D23 battery pack is normal if a new battery gets warm when being charged or used. However, please pay special attention if the battery pack becomes excessively hot. This may indicate there is a problem with the charging circuit of the electronic device. Please consult a qualified technician if necessary.

Warranty & Refund Policy

1. We warrant that the GR-D23 battery sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

2. We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. Defective products could be replaced if returned within a year since the date of purchase. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid.

3. The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.

4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect.

5. Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

6. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.

7. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase can be for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt.
