2. DCR-HC18E battery pack needs to be circled (fully discharged and recharged) three to five times to reach its optimum performance.

3. Rechargeable DCR-HC18E battery will undergo self-discharging when left unused for a long period of time. Thus, it should always be stored in a fully charged state and kept in a cool, dry and clean place.

4. To maintain the optimum performance of a Sony battery pack dcr-hc18e, it is highly recommended to circle (fully discharging and recharging) it at least once a month.

5. Sony battery pack dcr-hc18e is hard to be charged when it is new. Sometimes, your electronic device may indicate a fully charged condition about 10 to 15 minutes when the new battery pack is being charged for the first time. When this happens, remove the battery pack and let it cool down for about 10 to 15 minutes then repeat the charging procedure. Sometimes, new DCR-HC18E battery will suddenly refuse to be charged. Warranty & Refund Policy

2. We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. Defective products could be replaced if returned within a year since the date of purchase. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid.

3. The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.

4. For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect.

5. Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.

6. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.

7. If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. Return within thirty (30) days from purchase can be for exchange, credit or refund at our discretion. NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt.
